  • Condition: You must retain all bottles, jars, or tubes—even if they are empty—to qualify for a refund.

Purchases Made on Ludiar.com or Amazon.com (US & Canada)

  • For orders placed on Ludiar.com or Amazon.com, our Happiness Guarantee applies.
  • If you purchased through Amazon, please contact Amazon Customer Service directly to initiate your return.


How to Start a Return

  1. Submit Your Request:
    Email our Customer Care team at info@ludiar.com with the following details:

    • Your full name (as it appears on your order)
    • Order number
    • Email address
    • Item(s) to be returned
    • Optional: Reason for the return ☺️
  2. Review Process:

    • Please allow 48 business hours for our team to review your request.
    • Once approved, we will send you a return label.
  3. Return Your Items:

    • Ship back your items using the provided return label.
    • Returns must include all original containers to be eligible for a refund.
  4. Refund Processing:

    • Once we receive your package, allow 7–10 business days for processing.
    • Refunds will be applied to the original payment method, less any original shipping fees (non-refundable) and return shipping costs.

  • Refunds are valid once per product and do not include original shipping costs.
